We've worked on a lot of projects over the years and below are a few of our favourites. Our web projects are now responsive as standard, which means all of our websites are optimised for use via desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones. Most of our projects are also build on top of WordPress, which is a great, simple and easy to use content management system. We work with our customers to ensure they themselves can update and manage all their website content. Our customers love this level of control.
We are Codeighteen. Run by Ross Gledhill, we've enjoyed producing all things digital since 2009. Due to continued growth of our client base, we became Ltd company in 2013. We're still a small company, but we produce big results. We love making new and exciting websites, and can build them on a variety of Content Management Systems including WordPress. We've created some awesome e-commerce shops using Magento and WooCommerce, and we love developing iPhone apps too.
We're affordable, and our work is impressive. We believe that customer service is as important as good design & development. We aim to take the stress out of getting your business online.
We arrange a free initial chat to brainstorm ideas and identify project goals. At this point you'll get a good feel for us and understand how we work. We will discuss budget, the different solutions available and each associated cost. Both parties then decide if we should take the project further.
Project scope has now been agreed, contact has been signed and costs have been fixed in place. We begin to flesh out wireframes for your project, highlighting how your site will work on a variety of different devices. Our wireframes will be sketches at this point, allowing us to make changes quickly and efficiently.
The wireframes have now been agreed, so it's time to add colour. The designer will work with you to create a static visual of the core pages of the website or app. This will allow us see exactly what the final version will look like. This purpose of the stage is to agree what we're going to produce when the development phase starts.
The design has now been signed off, and the project is passed onto the developer. The developer then brings the designs to life using the latest technologies. On most projects the developer is responsible for both the front-end that customers will visit, and the back-end system that will be used for day to day management.
Development has been completed, which means it's now time to test your new website or mobile app. Tests are run on various web browsers and devices to ensure your new product works in the most common environments. If any bugs are identified, then they're fixed. This is repeated until we're happy everything is robust and reliable.
The website or app has been signed off and the website is now live. We have a range of aftercare packages to choose from including hosting, domain names, analytic reports and website updates. Our work isn't done, and we continue to work with our clients to help them to grow and improve their new online business.
We know no two clients are the same, so we have a several packages available to suit a wide variety of project budgets.
We've been making websites since 2009, and pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the latest design & development trends.
We are easy to talk to. We explain everything in plain English, no need for complex jargon or technical babble.
Once your project is complete, we're only an email away if anything goes wrong. We'll do our best to help you what ever your problem.
Our clients work with us in every step of the process. Multiple sign off points mean that our clients feel as much pride and ownership over their project as we do.
We build on WordPress, meaning making changes to your website is as easy as editing a Word document. Full WordPress training is also provided.
Our websites are responsive, meaning that they are optimised and designed for use on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs.
We can integrate your Twitter and Facebook feeds directly into your new website. We also provide a Social Media management service.
